Ezhou Jincheng Rubber & Plastic CO., Ltd, Hubei Province, was founded in September 2000, and evolved from its predecessor Huangshi rubber factory, a state-owned enterprise to a private enterprise under China’s policy of promoting nongovernmental economy. Our products are a soles of different materials, vulcanized shoes, sports and comfortable footwear.
At present, the enterprise has over 600 employees, including over 30 research technicians. We have complete equipments for almost all kinds of sole production. Open mill for rubber and plastics: 10sets; internal mixer (75-80L): 2sets; hydraulic machine (GW200); vulcanizing press: 30sets; cutter machine: 10sets; automatic foam eva injection machine: 3sets; and other sewing machines for shoe upper parts.
In 2006, Ezhou Jincheng Rubber & Plastic CO., Ltd started to establish modernized factory buildings in Huahu economic district at suburb of Huangshi City. The scale of the enterprise will be expanded greatly. Within 2 or 3 years, we planed to upgrade our annual sole production to over 5 million pairs, and construct a shoe-making production line to produce annually 1.6 million pairs of shoes for export purpose.
We sincerely hope to establish long term cooperation with domestic and overseas factories and distributors. We will keep our products in high standard and strict requirements. Quality is vital to us, and to conform customers is always our first goal.
