Covering more than 2000 m2,it boasts solid technical strengths, complete machinery and equipments, and a number of senior programmers and designers proficient at the design and software programming for moulds of a variety such as MASTERCAM, PROENGINEER and AUTOCAD, mould technicians of rich experiences, cutting-line technicians, discharge technicians, CNC operators, polishing technicians and mould making and mending technician. Additionally, the factory has introduced such advanced equipments as TaiWan CNC processing center, TaiWan milling machines, TaiWan projectors, Japan Mitsubishi EDM, Japan Mitsubishi WEDM, Sodick CNC EDM and Haixin plastic injection molding machine, and has matched them with machine making equipments and perfect quality control system, and consequently has formed strong mould producing capacity, the capacity per month being up to 20 30 groups. Strict testing and inspection procedures are applied to the whole mould making process from drawing confirmation to mould design, client confirmation, material order, material testing, production inspection, first mould testing, analysis, review, confirmation and finished mould inspection. All mould steel uses imported P20.such as Japan NAK80銆丄ssAB 420 and 1.2344.
