UN520
UN520 is green powder with good chemical stability, excellent aging resistance, high light conversion effiencyand good crystal light transmittance. It can be adopted for LED with violet, near-violet and blue LED chips with a broad excitation band ranging from 350 to 500 nm.
UN520 is a special green powder with brillant body color. It can be used to fabricate the decoration LED, and also be used to fabricate high color rendering white LED by mixing with orange phosphors.
