UN550
UN550 is yellow powder with good chemical stability, excellent aging resistance, high light conversion effiencyand good crystal light transmittance. It can be adopted for LED with violet, near-violet and blue LED chips with a broad excitation band ranging from 350 to 500 nm.
UN550 can be used for white LED, and also be used to fabricate good color rendering white LED by mixing with other yellow silicate or aluminate phosphors.
