With major styles of cooking and the international gourmet going into, China catering industry emerge pattern as like a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend, especially in 鈥楪ourmet paradise鈥?Hong Kong and 鈥楨ating in Guangzhou鈥?Guangdong, the kind of food comprehensive and the trend of internationalization is more obvious.
In order to inherit and promote the gourmet culture of Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao, accelerate the integration and building of regional catering industry and meet the 2010 Asian Games, nowadays, in the supporting of China Cuisine Association, Department of Culture Guangdong Province, Guangdong TV Station, Guangdong Cuisine Association co-starring with Guangzhou Huazhan to hold 2010 Guangdong Hong Kong Macao World Gourmet Summit, The Promotion Show for Most Popular Kitchen Brands, and award a series of significant prize.
Activity content
From the beginning of March to mid-June, the organizing committee will invite experts from Guangdong Hong Kong Macao catering industry to formulate strict contestant standard, and then, through review by the experts and online voting form such as public examination to finally determine winners. A LIVE prize-awarding ceremony will be on June 30 to July 2 in HOSFAIR Guangzhou 2010.
