Origin:
It is absolute a natural pigment abstracted from the rootstalk of Zingberaceae Curcuma Longa L. by modern biotechnology.
Use:
Widely used in foodstuff industry,e.g.candy,ice cream, carbonated beverage, artificial butter,jelly, dried turnip, curry powder etc as natural coloring. Margarine, Butter, Salad dressing, Bakery Products, Desert, Soft Drinks, Sauces, Canned food, Wrapped Confectionary Also to be taken as an indicator of chemical reactions.
Main content:
Curcumin(70%),Demethoxycurcumin(15%) and Dimethoxycurcumin(10%)are the main parts of the turmeric colour.
Packaging:
cardboard drums, with double aseptic food poly bags inside. Or by cartons, with vacual aseptic food poly bags inside, 20kgs per carton with 8 bags inside,2.5kg per bag.
This product has been exported to EU, Japan,USA, Asia etc. The physical level and microbiological level can meet the export standards well.
