Properties and features
This product possesses high purity , small and uniform particle diameters ,large specific surface area , high surface activity , low loose loading density ,the violet reflectance larger than 90% ,the infrared absorptivity large than 70%, low formation ceramic temperature of devices , good size stability ,high mechanic strength , good anti chemical corrosion ,especially , large high temperature strength. And this product has a self 鈥?lubrication effect. Because nano 鈥?Si3N4 forms the dispersive phase in composite, general properties of composites are greatly improved. This product can be used in lubricant.
Due to high hardness and small slide friction coefficient, nano 鈥?Si3N4 can be used in the ceramic anti wear composite plating on the metal surface.
