Rotary Drilling Hose
Application: Used as Flexible connection between standpipe and swivel (Rotary Drilling) or between pump and standpipe (Rotary Vibrator) for pumping mud at extra high pressures in oil drilling and exploration work (including 50D, 70D)
Temperature range: -40℃～80℃（-104℉～180℉）
Lining: Principally NBR constructed, featuring oil-resistant, abrasion-resistant, acid & alkali resistant
Reinforcement: 4~6 layers spiraled by single high-strength steel wire, and rubber as a binder to make the layers into one complete and sound construction
Cover: Primarily CR fabricated, featuring oil-resistant, abrasion-resistant, weatherproof and anti-ageing
Couplings: built-in API couplings with male thread, integral unions and couplings, single couplings, flanges
Length: 23m, can manufactured according to the customeræ¯ requirements.
Standards: API 7K、ISO6807、SY5469
